Beef Strips with Green Asparagus and Mushrooms

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Beef minute steaks approx 320g
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 0,5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 250 g Mushrooms, brown
  • 250 g Thai asparagus
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 2 size Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 300 garbage Meatsoup
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce, light
  • 1 Msp Cumin
  • Lemongrass
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 tsp Sambal Oelek - if you don't like it so spicy, you will eat less

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into strips and mix with the clove of garlic, sesame oil and the fish sauce. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight
  • Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Rub the mushrooms with a paper towel and, depending on the size, leave whole, quarter or halve. cut off the ends of the asparagus and halve the stalks
  • Heat the peanut oil with the ginger in the wok and fry the meat in it, remove from the pan and set aside
  • Fry the carrot slices and onion wedges in the frying fat for 1 min ... add the mushrooms and fry for 1 more min ... then fry the asparagus
  • Dust with mondamin, add the stock and the spices, bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 3 minutes. the vegetables should still be firm to the bite
  • Return the meat to the vegetables, heat up briefly and season with the spices. there was mie noodles
