Indian Mahrajah Wedding Curry

- 3 tbsp Chili
- 2 tbsp Dried garlic
- 2 piece Loorberblatt
- 4 piece Macis flowers
- 1 tsp Clove powder
- 2,5 tbsp Black pepper
- 3 tbsp Rose petals bright
- 4 cm Cinnamon bark
- 1,5 tbsp Dried ginger
- 4,5 tbsp Coconut powder
- 1 El Turmeric
- 3,5 tbsp Ground almonds
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Pimento
- 3 piece Star anise
- Put everything except coconut powder, turmeric, ground almonds and sweet paprika in a coffee grinder and grind
- Then use the mortar to mix the coconut powder and the ground almonds with the other ingredients
- Finally, mix in the turmeric and paprika and store everything in a tightly closed jar protected from light.
