Philadelphia Cake with Strawberry Mirror

The perfect philadelphia cake with strawberry mirror recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spelled spoon bisquits
  • 175 g Yogurt butter
  • 3 Pck. Philadelphia yogurt
  • 500 g Yogurt 0.5%
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 4 Pck. Ground gelatine, 2 bags per pack, 8 bags in total
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Strawberries frozen

Thaw strawberries!

  1. Put spoon bisquits in a freezer bag and grind the contents with a rolling pin. Melt the butter, mix it with the crumbs and press everything into a springform pan.
  2. Mix the Philadelphia, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar in a blender. Quickly stir 7 of the 8 sachets of gelatine into the mixture.
  3. Place the Philadelphia cream on the crumbly base in the springform pan.
  4. Puree the strawberries with a tablespoon of sugar and puree the last gelatin bag! Put the strawberry mixture on the Philadelphia cream and distribute evenly!
  5. Chill the cake for at least 3 hours!
