Ingredients
- 250 g Spelled spoon bisquits
- 175 g Yogurt butter
- 3 packet Philadelphia yogurt
- 500 g Yogurt 0.5%
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 packet Ground gelatine, 2 bags per pack, 8 bags in total
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Strawberries frozen
Instructions
Thaw strawberries!
- Put spoon bisquits in a freezer bag and grind the contents with a rolling pin. Melt the butter, mix it with the crumbs and press everything into a springform pan.
- Mix the Philadelphia, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar in a blender. Quickly stir 7 of the 8 sachets of gelatine into the mixture.
- Place the Philadelphia cream on the crumbly base in the springform pan.
- Puree the strawberries with a tablespoon of sugar and puree the last gelatin bag! Put the strawberry mixture on the Philadelphia cream and distribute evenly!
- Chill the cake for at least 3 hours!
