Indian Mahrajah Wedding Curry

  • 3 tbsp Chili
  • 2 tbsp Dried garlic
  • 2 piece Loorberblatt
  • 4 piece Macis flowers
  • 1 tsp Clove powder
  • 2,5 tbsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Rose petals bright
  • 4 cm Cinnamon bark
  • 1,5 tbsp Dried ginger
  • 4,5 tbsp Coconut powder
  • 1 El Turmeric
  • 3,5 tbsp Ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Pimento
  • 3 piece Star anise
  1. Put everything except coconut powder, turmeric, ground almonds and sweet paprika in a coffee grinder and grind
  1. Then use the mortar to mix the coconut powder and the ground almonds with the other ingredients
