Buttermilk Pancakes
The perfect buttermilk pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 ml Buttermilk
- 125 g Flour
- 1,5 tsp Baking powder
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Fat for frying
- Melt the butter and let it cool down a bit.
- Sift the flour and baking powder and mix well. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, butter and buttermilk and stir to a smooth batter
- Heat some fat in a small pan and bake the pankakes in portions on both sides until golden brown.
Tip:
- Fruit sauces or jam go best with it, but they also taste very tasty pure;)
