Ingredients
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Rice syrup
- 130 g Gluten free flour
- Oil for frying
- Blueberry jam
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients into a dough and mix for a good 3 minutes.
- Line a pan with oil and gradually fry the pancakes.
- Then coat the pancakes with blueberry jam, roll them up and ...... mmmmhhhhh ... they were really delicious.
