Egg Dishes: Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberry Jam

Ingredients
 

  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 130 g Gluten free flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Blueberry jam
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients into a dough and mix for a good 3 minutes.
  • Line a pan with oil and gradually fry the pancakes.
  • Then coat the pancakes with blueberry jam, roll them up and ...... mmmmhhhhh ... they were really delicious.
