Buttermilk – Pancakes

The perfect buttermilk – pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 15 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 100 Milliliters Buttermilk
  • 100 g Sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Fat for frying
  • Powdered sugar
  • Honey liquid
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool down. Mix the egg with sugar until creamy. Stir in buttermilk and butter. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix everything well.
  2. Fry in portions in hot fat. Remove from the pan and use kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
  3. Arrange on plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Drizzle with honey … and let it taste 😉
