Buttermilk – Pancakes
The perfect buttermilk – pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 15 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 100 Milliliters Buttermilk
- 100 g Sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Fat for frying
- Powdered sugar
- Honey liquid
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool down. Mix the egg with sugar until creamy. Stir in buttermilk and butter. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix everything well.
- Fry in portions in hot fat. Remove from the pan and use kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
- Arrange on plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Drizzle with honey … and let it taste 😉
