Hearty Noodle Pan
The perfect hearty noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- For the sauce
- 800 g Tomatoes
- 2 piece Onions
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- For the pasta pan
- 500 g Spiral noodles ready-cooked
- 1 glass Small diced sausages approx. 6 pieces
- 10 piece Eggs
- 130 g Grated Emmental
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Paprika
- Scald tomatoes with boiling water, rinse with cold water and peel them. Quarter the tomatoes, removing the stalks. Dice the tomato quarters. Peel and dice onions and garlic and sauté in hot oil until translucent.
- Add the tomato cubes and cook without the lid for about 10 minutes until a creamy sauce is formed. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and possibly tomato paste, if the tomatoes only had a mild flavor.
- heat a little olive oil in a high pan and fry the sausages until golden brown. then add the cooked noodles and mix everything together, fry everything well.
- Put the eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika, season to taste over the noodles and mix well again and fry everything until cooked,
- When everything is ready, sprinkle the cheese over it and let it melt slightly! Do not mix! Then arrange everything on a plate and you’re done 🙂 Bon appetit.
