  • I left out the almonds and used some lemon zest for it
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 teaspoon Bio lemon zest
  • 2 packet Vanilla flavor
  • 175 g Strength
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • For the 2nd sheet
  • 2 tablespoon Cappuccino powder
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  1. Process the first 8 ingredients into a viscous dough and fill in a piping bag or similar.
  2. Because preheat the oven to 150 degrees
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle circles on it, I baked them in different sizes
  4. Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes, then immediately remove them from the hot tray, place them on a cloth and let them cool down
  5. For the 2nd sheet
  6. Mix the rest of the batter with the milk and cappuccino powder and continue as described above.
  7. Super delicious biscuit …. my husband nibbled on the biscuits in no time ….. yes I helped him but not that many ….. Thank you Elisabeth
