Shortcrust Biscuits – Brown and White Biscuits

Ingredients
 

  • Here is the reference to the original

  • I left out the almonds and used some lemon zest for it
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 tsp Bio lemon zest
  • 2 packet Vanilla flavor
  • 175 g Starch
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • For the 2nd sheet
  • 2 tbsp Cappuccino powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Process the first 8 ingredients into a viscous dough and fill in a piping bag or similar.
  • Because preheat the oven to 150 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle circles on it, I baked them in different sizes
  • Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes, then immediately remove them from the hot tray, place them on a cloth and let them cool down
  • For the 2nd sheet
  • Mix the rest of the batter with the milk and cappuccino powder and continue as described above.
  • Super delicious biscuit .... my husband nibbled on the biscuits in no time ..... yes I helped him but not that many ..... Thank you Elisabeth
