- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Grated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp Rum
- 6 Egg yolk
- 6 Protein

- 150 g Grated almonds
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 100 ml Milk lukewarm
- 200 g Sultanas
- For 1 loaf pan (28x10x7.5) Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature! Butter the form and sprinkle with flour. Preparation: – Mix the soft butter with 100g honey, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and rum with the mixer until frothy. – Gradually add the egg yolks and stir into a foam mixture. – Beat the egg white with salt and beat to a snow with 100g honey. – Alternately fold the flour, whole wheat flour, almonds, sifted baking powder, lukewarm milk, sultanas and egg whites under the butter mixture with a wooden spoon and fill the mold. – Preheat the oven to 180 ° and bake the cake for 60 minutes. – Let cool down briefly in the tin, turn out onto a wire rack and let cool down completely.
