South Tyrolean Apple Sprizz
The perfect south tyrolean apple sprizz recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,25 Apple fresh
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 Centiliters Calvados
- 8 Centiliters Apple juice
- 4 Mint leaves
- 2 Ice cubes
- Prosecco
- 1 Mint stalk
- Wash the apples thoroughly, dry them, remove the core and cut into small cubes with the skin. Drizzle with lemon juice and pour into a glass. Pour calvados first and then apple juice over it.
- Wash mint leaves, shake dry and roughly chop. Pour into the glass with the ice cubes. Top up with well chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a mint stick … and enjoy.
