South Tyrolean Apple Sprizz

The perfect south tyrolean apple sprizz recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,25 Apple fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Centiliters Calvados
  • 8 Centiliters Apple juice
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • Prosecco
  • 1 Mint stalk
  1. Wash the apples thoroughly, dry them, remove the core and cut into small cubes with the skin. Drizzle with lemon juice and pour into a glass. Pour calvados first and then apple juice over it.
  2. Wash mint leaves, shake dry and roughly chop. Pour into the glass with the ice cubes. Top up with well chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a mint stick … and enjoy.
