Celery Salad with Trout Fillet
The perfect celery salad with trout fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Rods Celery
- 1 Carrot
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Red pointed peppers
- 1 Tangerine
- 1 Apple
- 1 Spring onion
- Salt
- 2 Trout fillets
- *****Dressing*****
- 3 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
- Salt
- 1 Splash Lemon
- Lemon pepper
- Lemon oil
- Sugar
- Chives
- Clean, wash and chop the celery.
- Wash the cucumber and cut with a spiral cutter if possible, otherwise cut into slices.
- Clean the carrots, bell peppers and spring onions and cut into thin slices or rings.
- Peel the apples and tangerines and cut into small pieces.
- Arrange everything on a plate and place the trout fillet on top.
- Finally stir the dressing ingredients well and drizzle over the salad and garnish with a few red berries.
- If you want, you can have some baguette with it – enjoy your meal 🙂
