Celery Salad with Trout Fillet

The perfect celery salad with trout fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Rods Celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Tangerine
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Spring onion
  • Salt
  • 2 Trout fillets
  • *****Dressing*****
  • 3 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
  • Salt
  • 1 Splash Lemon
  • Lemon pepper
  • Lemon oil
  • Sugar
  • Chives
  1. Clean, wash and chop the celery.
  2. Wash the cucumber and cut with a spiral cutter if possible, otherwise cut into slices.
  3. Clean the carrots, bell peppers and spring onions and cut into thin slices or rings.
  4. Peel the apples and tangerines and cut into small pieces.
  5. Arrange everything on a plate and place the trout fillet on top.
  6. Finally stir the dressing ingredients well and drizzle over the salad and garnish with a few red berries.
  7. If you want, you can have some baguette with it – enjoy your meal 🙂
