Apple Celery Salad !!

The perfect apple celery salad !! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Planer
  • 0,5 tuber Fresh celery
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 Pc. Apple Elstar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 100 ml Rama Cremefine
  1. Peel the celery then grate it into fine strips, pour lemon juice over it then it stays light.
  2. Peel the apple, remove the core, grate just as finely, pour lemon juice over it. Season, pour Cremefine over it, stir it through and let it steep for a good 2 hours before eating.
  3. By the way: you can use the celery raw or pre-cooked!
