Kassel Ragout with Rice
The perfect kassel ragout with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Kasseler Kamm raw smoked
- 4 Pc. Onions
- 1 Pc. Apple
- 2 Discs Pineapple TK
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Pepper
- Cumin
- 1 Cup Rice
- Butter
- Salt
- Boil rice with a piece of butter in salted water. If you want, you can add more spices.
- Cut the kasseler, apple and pineapple into cubes, also cut the onion into pieces. Fry everything in oil (approx. 15 minutes) and season with cumin and pepper.
- Take the mixture out of the pan, pour in the water, salt, pepper and bring to a boil and thicken with a little flour.
- Taste! Serve and you’re done.
