Salmon Tartare in Bed of Lettuce with Honey Mustard Sauce

- 500 g Salmon fillet
- 0,5 piece Big onion
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 bunch Dill
- 4 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 2 piece Lettuce hearts
- 1 Splash Balsamic cream
- Remove flakes and the like from the salmon fillet. Then cut into smaller pieces and chop as small as possible with a large knife.
- Peel half the onion and cut into small cubes. Sauté the cubes very briefly in a hot pan, remove them and let them cool down.
- Mix the salmon and onions and season with a little pepper. Chop the dill and mix with the rest or serve separately in a small bowl.
- For the sauce, mix mustard and honey to taste, add 1-2 dashes of lemon juice.
- Arrange two lettuce leaves on each plate and drizzle with a little balsamic cream. Serve the salmon tartare with honey mustard sauce.
