Oven Salmon with Mustard, Honey and Dill Sauce

  • 4 Discs Frozen salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 Stems Dill
  • 250 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1,5 tablespoon Mustard hot
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry
  1. Rinse salmon fillet without defrosting with cold water and dab with a kitchen towel, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
