Oven Salmon with Mustard, Honey and Dill Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Discs Frozen salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 Stems Dill
  • 250 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1,5 tablespoon Mustard hot
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry

Instructions
 

  • Rinse salmon fillet without defrosting with cold water and dab with a kitchen towel, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
  • Wash the dill, shake it dry and pluck the flags from the stems
  • Mix the creme fraiche, dill, honey, mustard and curry with salt, pepper and a little lemon, mix the dill and, if necessary, season with salt and pepper and pour over the salmon.
  • Now in the 200c. Cook in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
