Breaded Pollack on Fine Root Vegetable Mix

- 3 piece Fresh fish fillet, saithe
- 350 g Frozen vegetables thawed and chopped
- 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs see my KB, http://www./rezept/390411/Viel Zweckpaniermehl-scharf.html
- 2 tbsp Curry butter see my KB
- 1 Pc. Lemon fresh
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 Pc. Egg whisked
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
- Fry the vegetables briefly in the curry butter on low heat. Put in a mold that has been preheated in the oven to 80 Gard.
- Drizzle the prepared fish fillets with lemon and season a little with salt. Season the beaten eggs.
- Now the fish in flour. Roll in the egg and the spicy breadcrumbs. Let the oil get medium hot and fry the fish briefly on both sides.
- Now place the pollack fillets on the vegetables and season everything lightly again.
- The fish and the vegetables are cooked in approx. 15-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fillets). We had boiled potatoes and a fish sauce as a side dish, see my KB: White garlic fish sauce
