Breaded Pollack on Fine Root Vegetable Mix

The perfect breaded pollack on fine root vegetable mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Fresh fish fillet, saithe
  • 350 g Frozen vegetables thawed and chopped
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs see my KB, http://www./rezept/390411/Viel Zweckpaniermehl-scharf.html
  • 2 tbsp Curry butter see my KB
  • 1 Pc. Lemon fresh
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 2 Pc. Egg whisked
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
  1. Fry the vegetables briefly in the curry butter on low heat. Put in a mold that has been preheated in the oven to 80 Gard.
  2. Drizzle the prepared fish fillets with lemon and season a little with salt. Season the beaten eggs.
  3. Now the fish in flour. Roll in the egg and the spicy breadcrumbs. Let the oil get medium hot and fry the fish briefly on both sides.
  4. Now place the pollack fillets on the vegetables and season everything lightly again.
  5. The fish and the vegetables are cooked in approx. 15-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fillets). We had boiled potatoes and a fish sauce as a side dish, see my KB: White garlic fish sauce
