Meatballs and Colorful Vegetables
The perfect meatballs and colorful vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the meatballs
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder to taste
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Tomato ketchup
- 0,5 teaspoon Caraway seeds
For the vegetables
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 0,125 liter Liquid vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Chopped parsley
- ———————-
- Salt potatoes
- Knead all the ingredients into a dough and form meatballs out of them and slowly fry on both sides in a little fat.
- Peel and dice the carrots and kohlrabi, cook in the broth until soft – drain – fold in the butter and parsley, season again to taste and serve with the meatballs and boiled potatoes.
