Ingredients
for the meatballs
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder to taste
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
- 0,5 tsp Caraway seeds
For the vegetables
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 0,125 L Liquid vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Chopped parsley
- -
- Salt potatoes
Instructions
- Knead all the ingredients into a dough and form meatballs out of them and slowly fry on both sides in a little fat.
- Peel and dice the carrots and kohlrabi, cook in the broth until soft - drain - fold in the butter and parsley, season again to taste and serve with the meatballs and boiled potatoes.
