New York Chilidog Hotdog 2go
The perfect new york chilidog hotdog 2go recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 piece Wiener sausages
- 8 piece Hot dog bun
- Cheddar cheese
- Jalapeño
New York chilli
- 200 g Mixed minced meat
- 200 g Canned kidney beans
- Tomato paste
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 0,25 piece Carrot
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Fund
- Salt
The chilli
- Chop one half of the onion and roast it until golden brown, add the meat to the pan and sear it.
- Add some tomato paste concentrate, pour water / stock (possibly soup cubes) on top. Press the garlic into the pan, add the finely chopped carrot and beans, simmer (and reduce) on a low level for about 30 minutes.
- Season to taste with cumin, salt and pepper. *** TIP the chilli should not be too runny, so let it reduce well – otherwise DANGER OF DOGS

Serving suggestion
- Put some chilli, a sausage and some more chilli in the hot dog. Cover with jalapeno slices and chopped onion, sprinkle with the grated cheese.
