Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pretzels from the previous day
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • 0,25 L Milk
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Whisk egg and milk.
  • Cut the pretzels into small pieces and mix with the parsley and milk.
  • Fry the onions in a pan until golden brown and add to the mixture with pretzels.
  • Let it steep for half an hour.
  • First wrap in foil and then with aluminum grill foil.
  • Let soak in almost boiling water for 20 minutes.
  • Unwrap and serve with a delicious roast and vegetables with a fine sauce.
