Side Dishes: Pretzel Dumplings

  • 250 g Pretzels from the previous day
  • 2 Pc. Free range eggs
  • 0,25 liter Milk
  • 0,5 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  1. Whisk egg and milk.
  2. Cut the pretzels into small pieces and mix with the parsley and milk.
  3. Fry the onions in a pan until golden brown and add to the mixture with pretzels.
  4. Let it steep for half an hour.
  5. First wrap in foil and then with aluminum grill foil.
  6. Let soak in almost boiling water for 20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and serve with a delicious roast and vegetables with a fine sauce.
