Side Dishes: Pretzel Dumplings

- 250 g Pretzels from the previous day
- 2 Pc. Free range eggs
- 0,25 liter Milk
- 0,5 piece Fresh onion
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- Whisk egg and milk.
- Cut the pretzels into small pieces and mix with the parsley and milk.
- Fry the onions in a pan until golden brown and add to the mixture with pretzels.
- Let it steep for half an hour.
- First wrap in foil and then with aluminum grill foil.
- Let soak in almost boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap and serve with a delicious roast and vegetables with a fine sauce.
