- 250 g Diced Bacon
- 3 Diced onion

- Chinese cabbage salad
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Cream, sweet

Instructions
- Sear the bacon, add the onions. Then add the pretzel dumplings cut and fry. Season the eggs with salt, pepper and whisk. Then pour over the fried pretzel dumplings. Cut, wash and drain the lettuce. Then make the dressing, sour cream, cream, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and a little oil.
