Bell Pepper Carrot Vegetables with Minced Meat À La Heiko

The perfect bell pepper carrot vegetables with minced meat à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chinese spice
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sugar brown
  1. Core, wash and cut the paprika into strips. Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Wash the chilli pepper and cut into small rings. Peel the onion and clove of garlic and cut into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions with the garlic. Add the minced meat and fry well. Take out the minced meat and set it ready. Now sauté the peppers, carrots and chilli in the pan. Season with salt, pepper from the mill, Chinese spices and sugar. Add honey and soy sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. Now add the minced meat and stir in. Season the whole thing again. We had rice with it. Good Appetite.
