Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Diced carrots
  • 100 g Diced celery
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Peeled tomatoes
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 100 ml Water
  • Clarified butter
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 bunch Parsely

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomatoes into cubes. Peel the celery and carrots and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion, garlic and cut into small cubes. Wash the peppers, cut lengthways and remove the seeds.
  • Heat the butter lard in a saucepan and sauté the peppers in it. Now add the onions and garlic and cook with them. Now add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Now add the carrots and celery and let fry briefly.
  • Add the tomato paste, water and tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes. Now it is seasoned with salt, pepper from the mill, sweet paprika, thyme and oregano. Let the whole thing simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat and season again to taste. Now arrange the minced meat sauce on a plate with spaghetti and parsley and, if you like, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Good Appetite.
