Herb Butter (standard)

The perfect herb butter (standard) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dried Provence herbs
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 stalk Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Rosemary fresh, needles
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rocket
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 El Onion cubes
  • 2 leaves Fresh basil

Prepare:

  1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator 15 minutes beforehand and bring it to room temperature. Finely chop the green herbs, as well as the garlic and onion. Squeeze the lemon juice. Mix the herbs, spices and lemon juice well together and mash with the foamy butter.
