Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dried Provence herbs
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 stem Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Rosemary fresh, needles
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rocket
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Onion cubes
  • 2 leaves Fresh basil

Instructions
 

Prepare:

  • Take the butter out of the refrigerator 15 minutes beforehand and bring it to room temperature. Finely chop the green herbs, as well as the garlic and onion. Squeeze the lemon juice. Mix the herbs, spices and lemon juice well together and mash with the foamy butter.

To form:

  • Shape into balls or rolled as a flat portion with cookie cutters or formed into a roll with foil and wrapped.

Storage:

  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer until use. Since fresh herbs are also used, they should be consumed promptly after 2-3 days.

Use:

  • Use for grilled meat, vegetables or potatoes or with pan dishes.
