Instructions

preparation

  • 1 Warm up the butter in a large bowl so that the butter becomes soft at room temperature. ATTENTION: Please do not melt, then the butter will have a different consistency when it cools!
  • Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely! I take 5 toes, but the amount can be varied according to taste.
  • Dill, wash and dry well with kitchen paper. Water would distort the consistency of the butter.
  • Mash the softened butter with a fork and add the other ingredients.
  • Mix everything vigorously and pour into a bowl.
  • Chill until ready to eat. Take out an hour before eating so that the butter is easier to spread.

い た だ き ま す good appetite wishes you your Neko = ^ - ^ ö

  • Butter goes well with grilling on toast or meat:}
