Cream Cheesecake
The perfect cream cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Dough
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- Filling
- 2 a cup Cream 30% fat
- 500 g Quark three-quarter fat level 20%
- 180 g Sugar
- 2 Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 5 Eggs
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough well together to make a shortcrust pastry. Put this in a greased tin or a lined with baking paper, roll it out in the tin with the small rolling pin and pull up one edge. For the filling, first whip the cream until stiff, then chill. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture and pour everything onto the dough.
- Bake the cake at 175 ° for approx. 60 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan. If you like, you can sprinkle the cold cake with powdered sugar. Now just enjoy with a good coffee 🙂
