Potato Pancakes with Creme Fraiche Dip

- 5 size Waxy potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, breadcrumbs
- Oil for the pan
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- Lemon juice, salt pepper
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into small pieces when they are not cooked. Add 2 eggs to the chopped potatoes, as well as salt, pepper, nutmeg and breadcrumbs for binding. Mix everything well.
- Heat the oil in the pan. Using a tablespoon, add the potato mixture to the pan in portions. After a few minutes, turn the buffers carefully.
- For the dip: put creme fraiche in a container, add salt, pepper and lemon juice, stir everything well and then enjoy with the buffers. Enjoy your meal 🙂
