Potato Pancakes with Creme Fraiche Dip

The perfect potato pancakes with creme fraiche dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 size Waxy potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, breadcrumbs
  • Oil for the pan
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Lemon juice, salt pepper
  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them into small pieces when they are not cooked. Add 2 eggs to the chopped potatoes, as well as salt, pepper, nutmeg and breadcrumbs for binding. Mix everything well.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan. Using a tablespoon, add the potato mixture to the pan in portions. After a few minutes, turn the buffers carefully.
  3. For the dip: put creme fraiche in a container, add salt, pepper and lemon juice, stir everything well and then enjoy with the buffers. Enjoy your meal 🙂
