Roast Smoked Salmon ….
The perfect roast smoked salmon …. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Roast smoked salmon
- 1 Onion
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 Allspice grains
- 4 Juniper berries
- 0,5 teaspoon Colorful peppercorns
- 1 Diced carrots
- 1 Apple
- 0,25 liter Water
- 0,25 liter Dry red wine
- Herbs … rosemary … oregano
- 1 Hot peppers
- Wash the meat and pat dry again, Now heat the meat a little bit of fat, the peeled and chopped up onion and the pitted and roughly chopped apple and roast the carrot pieces, add the spices. Let everything roast, pour red wine and water and cook for 45 minutes Remove the meat, spread the sauce through a sieve and, if necessary, thicken it with a little sauce thickener, cut the smoked pork into slices.
- We ate Brussels sprouts and dumplings with it. As always, there was something left of this meal. I cut the rest of the meat into strips and served the whole thing with cauliflower and potatoes. See last photos
