Orange Mascarpone Cream with Hint of Cinnamon
The perfect orange mascarpone cream with hint of cinnamon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Clementines
- Juice of one orange
- Some sugar
- Some cinnamon
- Peel and fillet the oranges and clementines. Cut both into small pieces. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt. Stir in the squeezed juice and a little cinnamon and sugar. Mix the rest into the cream except for a few orange pieces for the decoration. Place the clementine pieces on the bottom of a beautiful glass and fill up with the mascarpone orange cream. Spread the remaining orange pieces on the cream and dust each with a little more cinnamon.
