Orange Mascarpone Cream with Hint of Cinnamon

The perfect orange mascarpone cream with hint of cinnamon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Clementines
  • Juice of one orange
  • Some sugar
  • Some cinnamon
  1. Peel and fillet the oranges and clementines. Cut both into small pieces. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt. Stir in the squeezed juice and a little cinnamon and sugar. Mix the rest into the cream except for a few orange pieces for the decoration. Place the clementine pieces on the bottom of a beautiful glass and fill up with the mascarpone orange cream. Spread the remaining orange pieces on the cream and dust each with a little more cinnamon.
