Chocolate Candy Dough with Orange Cinnamon Cream

  • 120 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 180 g Sifted flour
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 3 tbsp Rum
  1. Melt the milk and butter, pour in the salt and flour and stir until the dough comes off the base. Let cool down a little and gradually stir in the eggs. Use a piping bag to sprinkle small heaps of dough onto the baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes, then reduce to 160 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
