  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 1 piece Onion, small
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • A few chilli flAkes And A pickle to decorAte
  1. Roast the sunflower seeds without fat.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and spread the result on a toasted bun and garnish with chilli flakes and cucumber slices.
