Dessert: Orange and Cream Yogurt

The perfect dessert: orange and cream yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 ml Cream
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 piece Oranges fresh
  • 3 sheet Gelatin white
  • 10 piece Dried cranberries
  • 0,5 piece Grated tonka bean
  1. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water, let it swell and squeeze out.
  2. Whip the cream, squeeze one orange, fillet the other.
  3. Stir orange juice, tonka bean zest and cream into the yogurt.
  4. Dissolve gelatine over low heat and mix with three tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture. Now add this mixture to the rest of the yoghurt mixture and fold in.
  5. Divide half of the fillets into thirds, add to the yoghurt and then distribute this on dessert glasses.
  6. Let it solidify in the refrigerator. Garnish with orange wedges and finely chopped cranberries before serving.
