Dessert: Orange and Cream Yogurt
The perfect dessert: orange and cream yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Cream
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 piece Oranges fresh
- 3 sheet Gelatin white
- 10 piece Dried cranberries
- 0,5 piece Grated tonka bean
- Soak the gelatine in a little cold water, let it swell and squeeze out.
- Whip the cream, squeeze one orange, fillet the other.
- Stir orange juice, tonka bean zest and cream into the yogurt.
- Dissolve gelatine over low heat and mix with three tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture. Now add this mixture to the rest of the yoghurt mixture and fold in.
- Divide half of the fillets into thirds, add to the yoghurt and then distribute this on dessert glasses.
- Let it solidify in the refrigerator. Garnish with orange wedges and finely chopped cranberries before serving.
