Millet Cheese Balls
The perfect millet cheese balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,5 a cup Millet meal or groats, e.g. golden millet
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 g Processed cheese / cream)
- 1 pinch Salt

- Let the mixture cool down a bit, then form small balls out of it. Caution, it may be very hot due to the fat content.
- Bake the balls on a baking sheet (with baking paper) for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C. Delicious as a side dish or snack!
