Salmon Cheese Balls
The perfect salmon cheese balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 150 g Fried salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon Orange zest
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 0,5 Spring onion stick
- 1 tablespoon Rose pepper powder
- 0,5 tablespoon Chopped parsley leaves
- Cubeb pepper
- 1 Bowl Garden cress
- 1 Baby pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- Drain the cream cheese well and squeeze it out a little with a kitchen towel. Add the salmon. Mash with a fork and mix everything well.
- Cut the peppers very small and cut the onion into rings. Cut the cress with scissors. Add to the cheese and salmon mixture with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything.
- Shape the mixture into small balls. This works best with disposable gloves. Serve the balls on a lettuce leaf each.
