Salmon Cheese Balls

The perfect salmon cheese balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 150 g Fried salmon fillet
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 0,5 Spring onion stick
  • 1 tablespoon Rose pepper powder
  • 0,5 tablespoon Chopped parsley leaves
  • Cubeb pepper
  • 1 Bowl Garden cress
  • 1 Baby pepper
  • Lettuce leaves
  1. Drain the cream cheese well and squeeze it out a little with a kitchen towel. Add the salmon. Mash with a fork and mix everything well.
  2. Cut the peppers very small and cut the onion into rings. Cut the cress with scissors. Add to the cheese and salmon mixture with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls. This works best with disposable gloves. Serve the balls on a lettuce leaf each.
  4. Serve with roasted ciabatta.
