Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 150 g Fried salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp Orange zest
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 0,5 Spring onion stick
  • 1 tbsp Rose pepper powder
  • 0,5 tbsp Chopped parsley leaves
  • Cubeb pepper
  • 1 bowl Garden cress
  • 1 Baby pepper
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • Drain the cream cheese well and squeeze it out a little with a kitchen towel. Add the salmon. Mash with a fork and mix everything well.
  • Cut the peppers very small and cut the onion into rings. Cut the cress with scissors. Add to the cheese and salmon mixture with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls. This works best with disposable gloves. Serve the balls on a lettuce leaf each.
  • Serve with roasted ciabatta.
