Finger Food – Hearty Cheese Balls
The perfect finger food – hearty cheese balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cheese ball – mass
- 300 g Cream cheese
- 2 Eßl Soy sauce dark
- 2 Toes Finely chopped garlic
- 1 piece Finely chopped onion
- 80 g Finely chopped black olives
- 100 g Finely grated pecorino cheese
- 1 Eßl Finely chopped herbs of your choice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Sheath 1
- 3 tablespoon Ground caraway seeds
- 3 tablespoon Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon pepper
Jacket 2
- 3 tablespoon Chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon Chopped walnut kernels
- 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon Caraway powder
Cheese ball – mass
- Mix all ingredients together well – chill for at least 2 hours – form walnut-sized balls out of the mixture
Sheath 1
- Mix the ingredients together – roll half of the balls in them
Jacket 2
- Mix the ingredients together – roll the other half of the balls in them – fresh bread tastes delicious with it – enjoy your meal –
