Finger Food – Hearty Cheese Balls

The perfect finger food – hearty cheese balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cheese ball – mass

  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 2 Eßl Soy sauce dark
  • 2 Toes Finely chopped garlic
  • 1 piece Finely chopped onion
  • 80 g Finely chopped black olives
  • 100 g Finely grated pecorino cheese
  • 1 Eßl Finely chopped herbs of your choice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Sheath 1

  • 3 tablespoon Ground caraway seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon pepper

Jacket 2

  • 3 tablespoon Chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped walnut kernels
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon Caraway powder

Cheese ball – mass

  1. Mix all ingredients together well – chill for at least 2 hours – form walnut-sized balls out of the mixture

Sheath 1

  1. Mix the ingredients together – roll half of the balls in them

Jacket 2

  1. Mix the ingredients together – roll the other half of the balls in them – fresh bread tastes delicious with it – enjoy your meal –
