Buffet: Spoon Bites with Chicken
The perfect buffet: spoon bites with chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Chicken breast
- 200 g Ham, sliced
- Cream:
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 4 Pc. Pineapple, soft small)
- 1 tbsp Coconut milk cream
- 0,25 tsp Wasabi powder
- Salt, pepper n.B.

- Sear the meat, approx. 3 minutes on each side
- Puree the ingredients of the cream ### Lay out the ham, spread ### on the cream, ### cut the meat lengthways so that it can be rolled up.
- It is best to prepare a few hours in advance. and roll up tightly in foil, put in a cool place, ### then cut into slices., – place on the spoons,
- Decorate as you like. Poke rest on toothpick., ### in z. B. put fruit rolled up in foil. ##### Place on the plate, or separately, at a buffet.

- Note 7: I had 500 g of meat, since we were only 2, I cooked everything together, but only needed 1 piece. ##### We enjoy the rest in a curry fruit sauce
