Tortellini, Broccoli, Salmon Gratin

The perfect tortellini, broccoli, salmon gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Fresh broccoli
  • 500 g Salmon fillet frozen
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 g Tortellini fresh with spinach filling
  • 300 ml Hollandaise sauce from KB-http: //www./rezept/445681/Hollandaise-aufgeschlagene-Sauce.html
  1. Defrost the salmon fillet, pat dry with lemon juice.
  2. Clean broccoli, cut into small florets and briefly blanch in salted boiling water,
  3. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and fry briefly in a pan with hot oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the tortellini with the broccoli and the hollandaise well, mix in the salmon cubes and put everything in a greased baking dish
  5. Now off to the 200c. hot oven and gratinate for about 15 minutes.
  6. Take out of the oven, let it rest a little and serve with a few lemon wedges —- BON APPETITE; 🙂
