Tortellini, Broccoli, Salmon Gratin

Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Fresh broccoli
  • 500 g Salmon fillet frozen
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 g Tortellini fresh with spinach filling
  • 300 ml Hollandaise sauce

Instructions
 

  • Defrost the salmon fillet, pat dry with lemon juice.
  • Clean broccoli, cut into small florets and briefly blanch in salted boiling water,
  • Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and fry briefly in a pan with hot oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the tortellini with the broccoli and the hollandaise well, mix in the salmon cubes and put everything in a greased baking dish
  • Now off to the 200c. hot oven and gratinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven, let it rest a little and serve with a few lemon wedges ---- BON APPETITE; 🙂
