Ingredients
- 600 g Fresh broccoli
- 500 g Salmon fillet frozen
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 500 g Tortellini fresh with spinach filling
- 300 ml Hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Defrost the salmon fillet, pat dry with lemon juice.
- Clean broccoli, cut into small florets and briefly blanch in salted boiling water,
- Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and fry briefly in a pan with hot oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the tortellini with the broccoli and the hollandaise well, mix in the salmon cubes and put everything in a greased baking dish
- Now off to the 200c. hot oven and gratinate for about 15 minutes.
- Take out of the oven, let it rest a little and serve with a few lemon wedges ---- BON APPETITE; 🙂
