Ingredients

  • 300 g Waxy potatoes
  • 250 g Fresh broccoli
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 g Soft cheese
  • 200 g Mozzarella
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Vegetable broth

Instructions

  • First, peel the potatoes, cut them into fine slices and pre-cook them in salted water for about 6-8 minutes on medium heat. They should still be a little tough. Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for about 5 minutes or steam for 10 minutes. Heat the milk and whipped cream in a small saucepan and add the soft cheese. In turn, slowly melt this and refine or season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock and nutmeg. Fry the minced meat with a little oil in a saucepan and then let the gravy drain off.
  • Grease a baking dish with a little butter and lay out the potatoes as a small "carpet". Now spread the broccoli and the minced meat over it. Then another layer of potatoes and again broccoli and minced meat. Repeat the process until the baking dish is 3/4 full. Then pour the soft cheese cream over the mixture and finally sprinkle with the grated mozzarella.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes at approx. 180 degrees ... I wish you a good appetite ... 🙂
