Quick Christmas Cake

  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 100 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp Rum
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 Apples
  1. Beat the butter with the sugar and the V-sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs. Stir in the nuts with cocoa and cinnamon. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in. The dough is then a bit sticky. Now peel, core and cut the apples into pieces and fold into the dough. Line the bottom of the springform pan with parchment paper and pour the batter on top.
