Fast Orange Coins

The perfect fast orange coins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cake flour mixture gluten-free
  • 100 g Lactose-Free butter
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 100 g Chopped almonds
  • 2 Organic oranges
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp Orange juice

For the glaze

  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, salt and almonds. Rub the peel off the oranges and add. Put the butter in flakes on top and knead with 3-4 tablespoons of milk and 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice to form a smooth dough.
  2. Shape the dough into two rolls and wrap in foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the rolls into 3-4 mm thick slices. Reshape something with your fingers. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 170 ° for 14-16 minutes until the surface turns light brown.
  4. Mix the icing sugar and orange juice into a glaze. Brush the still hot thalers with it. Let cool on a wire rack.
