Fast Orange Coins
The perfect fast orange coins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cake flour mixture gluten-free
- 100 g Lactose-Free butter
- 90 g Sugar
- 1 Pr Salt
- 100 g Chopped almonds
- 2 Organic oranges
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Orange juice
For the glaze
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, salt and almonds. Rub the peel off the oranges and add. Put the butter in flakes on top and knead with 3-4 tablespoons of milk and 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice to form a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into two rolls and wrap in foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cut the rolls into 3-4 mm thick slices. Reshape something with your fingers. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 170 ° for 14-16 minutes until the surface turns light brown.
- Mix the icing sugar and orange juice into a glaze. Brush the still hot thalers with it. Let cool on a wire rack.

- Instead of orange juice, Cointreau can also be used. this gives the pastry a special touch. Orange juice and Cointreau can also be mixed for the glaze.
