Bowl Pie with Wiener Sausages

  • 4 Pc. Bratwurst meat
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 4 Pc. Wiener sausages
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 2 Discs Toast
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 0,5 tbsp Thyme
  1. Mix the minced meat with the salt, pepper, the finely chopped onion, the finely diced paprika, the egg and the soaked toasted bread. Put half of the sausage meat in an ovenproof dish. Cover half of the minced meat, then the wieners and everything with the remaining minced meat and the sausage meat. Season with the thyme and then put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cooking time 60 minutes.
