Turkey Snippets Tipsy

- 1 Pc. Turkey leg
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 tbsp Vegetable fat
- 0,25 tsp Ground caraway
- 150 g White Beech Mushroom
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Pc. Oranges
- 0,5 bottle Dry red wine
- 1 branch Rosemary fresh
- 2 Branches Fresh thyme
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Pepper
- a turkey leg from the last barbecue evening …. the meat detached from the bone and chopped up …..
- Peeled the onion and cut it into small pieces …. slowly sizzle together with the vegetable fat until translucent ….. sprinkle some caraway seeds over it ….
- add the cleaned and chopped white beech mushrooms and let sizzle … add some butter …
- Put the chopped turkey meat in it and fry it more vigorously ….. add the juice of two oranges and add a sprig of rosemary and two sprigs of thyme to the pan ….
- add the red wine and simmer covered for about 10 minutes over a low heat …… season to taste with salt and pepper …
