Ingredients
 

  • 1 Turkey leg
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable fat
  • 0,25 tsp Ground caraway
  • 150 g White Beech Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Oranges
  • 0,5 bottle Dry red wine
  • 1 sprig Rosemary fresh
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions
 

  • a turkey leg from the last barbecue evening .... the meat detached from the bone and chopped up .....
  • Peeled the onion and cut it into small pieces .... slowly sizzle together with the vegetable fat until translucent ..... sprinkle some caraway seeds over it ....
  • add the cleaned and chopped white beech mushrooms and let sizzle ... add some butter ...
  • Put the chopped turkey meat in it and fry it more vigorously ..... add the juice of two oranges and add a sprig of rosemary and two sprigs of thyme to the pan ....
  • add the red wine and simmer covered for about 10 minutes over a low heat ...... season to taste with salt and pepper ...
  • served with herb rice .... a pleasure
