Ingredients
- 1 Turkey leg
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Vegetable fat
- 0,25 tsp Ground caraway
- 150 g White Beech Mushroom
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Oranges
- 0,5 bottle Dry red wine
- 1 sprig Rosemary fresh
- 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
- a turkey leg from the last barbecue evening .... the meat detached from the bone and chopped up .....
- Peeled the onion and cut it into small pieces .... slowly sizzle together with the vegetable fat until translucent ..... sprinkle some caraway seeds over it ....
- add the cleaned and chopped white beech mushrooms and let sizzle ... add some butter ...
- Put the chopped turkey meat in it and fry it more vigorously ..... add the juice of two oranges and add a sprig of rosemary and two sprigs of thyme to the pan ....
- add the red wine and simmer covered for about 10 minutes over a low heat ...... season to taste with salt and pepper ...
- served with herb rice .... a pleasure
