Chilli Kasseler

The perfect chilli kasseler recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kg Kasseler in one piece
  • 3 Vegetable onion
  • 600 g Whipped cream
  • 500 ml Chili sauce
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  1. Cut Kassler into thick slices and fry vigorously on both sides in a roasting pan and remove
  2. Peel the onions, cut them into half rings and fry them in the roaster, remove 2-3 tablespoons
  3. Pour the cream and chilli sauce into the roaster, rinse the bottle of chilli sauce with water and add to the boil.
  4. Put the kasseler back in and spread the remaining onions on top. Cover and braise at 200 C. for 40 minutes
  5. Cut the chilli pepper into small rings and add
