Ingredients
 

  • 2 kg Kasseler in one piece
  • 3 Onion
  • 600 g Whipped cream
  • 500 ml Chili sauce
  • 1 Chilli pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut Kassler into thick slices and fry vigorously on both sides in a roasting pan and remove
  • Peel the onions, cut them into half rings and fry them in the roaster, remove 2-3 tablespoons
  • Pour the cream and chilli sauce into the roaster, rinse the bottle of chilli sauce with water and add to the boil.
  • Put the kasseler back in and spread the remaining onions on top. Cover and braise at 200 C. for 40 minutes
  • Cut the chilli pepper into small rings and add
