Ingredients
- 2 kg Kasseler in one piece
- 3 Onion
- 600 g Whipped cream
- 500 ml Chili sauce
- 1 Chilli pepper
Instructions
- Cut Kassler into thick slices and fry vigorously on both sides in a roasting pan and remove
- Peel the onions, cut them into half rings and fry them in the roaster, remove 2-3 tablespoons
- Pour the cream and chilli sauce into the roaster, rinse the bottle of chilli sauce with water and add to the boil.
- Put the kasseler back in and spread the remaining onions on top. Cover and braise at 200 C. for 40 minutes
- Cut the chilli pepper into small rings and add
