Mushroom Pan with Chicken

The perfect mushroom pan with chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Onion
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Chanterelles
  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 180 g Rice
  • 1 Prices Salt
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Prices Pepper
  • 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  1. Peel and dice the onions, grate the mushrooms and chanterelles dry and cut into pieces. Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and dice. Cook rice.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast fillet in it for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Roast onions and mushrooms in the roasting set for about 5 minutes.
  1. Wash tomatoes, quarter them, add and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with broth and stir in cream cheese. Mix the flour with water, add and simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Refine the mushroom pan with parsley and serve with rice.
