Mushroom Pan with Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Chanterelles
  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 180 g Rice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onions, grate the mushrooms and chanterelles dry and cut into pieces. Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and dice. Cook rice.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast fillet in it for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Roast onions and mushrooms in the roasting set for about 5 minutes.
  • Wash tomatoes, quarter them, add and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with broth and stir in cream cheese. Mix the flour with water, add and simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Refine the mushroom pan with parsley and serve with rice.
