Mushroom Pan with Chicken
The perfect mushroom pan with chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Onion
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 200 g Chanterelles
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 180 g Rice
- 1 Prices Salt
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Prices Pepper
- 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- Peel and dice the onions, grate the mushrooms and chanterelles dry and cut into pieces. Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and dice. Cook rice.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast fillet in it for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Roast onions and mushrooms in the roasting set for about 5 minutes.
- Wash tomatoes, quarter them, add and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with broth and stir in cream cheese. Mix the flour with water, add and simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Refine the mushroom pan with parsley and serve with rice.
