Apple Slices in Shortcrust Pastry

  • 1 kg Apple fresh
  • 400 g Flour
  • 200 g Lard / fat
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 150 g Sugar
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  1. Put the flour and lard in a bowl and mix into crumbs. Add 170 g sugar, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, the milk and the baking powder and work into a smooth dough. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
